This course is a life-changing 10 session training course, but the amazing results are only predictable and sustainable if you put the right amount of effort and focus in, during and after the training period.
I commit to leaving a minimum of 3 days between each training module in order that I have the time to actively implement all that I have learned. I, hereby, make an agreement with myself to put lots of effort in, between each module, so that I will benefit and strengthen myself as much I can. I also commit to be kind to myself throughout the whole process.
Once the course is over, I will continue to focus on mastery of my new powerful habits of thinking.
